Each Assistant to the President serves as the President’s representative to their respective ethnic groups. Their work encompasses the broad spectrum of work within each group. They are responsible for coordinating outreach and ministry, equipping and empowering membership to serve God in their communities, creating tools for discipleship for church members, and directing evangelistic efforts that reach people within each ethnic group.
