MISSION STATEMENT

To be a professional and highly trusted Human Resources department which seeks out relevant and innovative practices, assures that our Church has sound human resource policies and procedures which comply with the law, and recognizes that our Church employees are “called” into Christ’s service through our Seventh-day Adventist faith, by supporting their efforts to advance the gospel across the state of Arizona.

VISION STATEMENT

To move toward a paperless HR department for smoother onboarding, controllable access with enhanced security and less time completing documents. To focus on core HR functions, tasks involving people’s interactions, and enhanced office collaboration by sharing information digitally.
